Welcome to Dr. Sri. Sri .Sri. Shivakumara Mahaswamy College of Engineering and Dr. Sri. Sri .Sri. Shivakumara Mahaswamy Polytechnic. It gives me immense pleasure to present a profile of our institutions. Education is essential to the economic, social, environmental and political well being of an individual, the community and the nation. All individual should be treated with diginity and respect, given opportunities to develop their special aptitudes and insights and afforded equal opprtunites to equip themselves for a fulfilling life and responsible citizenship.
Our institutions are located in a remote village of Nelamangala Taluk, with a sprawling campus of around eleven acres. We are committed to offer high quality education at an affordable cost, offering diploma, Under graduate and Post graduate Programmes in Engineering and Technology, espically to cater to the needs of rural students so as to enable them to compete with the urban people.

Management is fully committed to ensure highest standards and excellence in educating and equipping our students for their over-all development and growth, so that they become successful members of our society.
Dr.SMCE has developed strong linkages with industry and other premier institutes. Students of Dr.SMCE have ample facilities and opportunities to get involved in real life projects along with regular courses and find opportunities to interact with leading experts from industry, academia and other technical fields. Here, teachers use latest teaching and learning techniques very effectively in their lectures/seminars. Lot of emphasis is given to the academic growth and development of the faculty as well.
